Brain Body Centre Ltd. with the brand name of Integrated Kinesiology Management and Marketing Services (IKMMS) (Hong Kong, China) invites you to apply as an Energizer at the 2023 International Kinesiology Conference endorsed by Breakthroughs International (BTi) and International Kinesiology College (IKC). In order to make this an enjoyable experience for all concerned, would you please observe the following guidelines:
1. Duration of an Energizer session
10 min. (including the time for consecutive interpretation). Both the Energizer and the interpreter will be shown on the screen.
2. Code of ethics and conduct
Whether they are a member of the BTi, IKC or IKMMS or not, Energizers agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of BTi and IKC while attending and speaking at the conference. 3. Respect of the laws of the city of the sponsor
Speakers agree to abide by the laws of the city of the sponsor, Hong Kong, China.
4. In case of claim made against the subject matter
Energizers agree to release the sponsor and the endorsers in liability in the event of a claim made against the speaker in respect of the subject matter of the presentation or statements made by the speaker during the presentation.
5. Financial dealings
Any financial agreements and dealings are strictly between the speaker and the sponsor, and do not involve the endorsers.
6. Energizer fees
Energizers agree to make a presentation at the conference in exchange for a discounted fee on attending the conference.
7. Right to withdraw presentation by the sponsor
The sponsor reserves the right to withdraw an Energizers’ presentation from the conference program from the conference journal without compensation at any time, without explanation or notice.
8. Cancellation
Should the sponsor need to cancel the conference, this contract becomes null and void, without any compensation. Should the Energizer need to cancel their presentation, this contract becomes null and void. In such a case, the Energizer requests to be notified as soon as possible.
9. Use of Photos and Videos for Publicity
The Energizer gives permission to the sponsor to take photos and videos of his/her presentation and to use them for post-conference publicity and advertising on sponsor and endorsers’ platforms without any compensation to the Energizer.
10. Post-conference Sign-up
The Energizer gives royalty-free permission to the sponsor to take video-recording of his/her presentation for replay and post-conference sign-up through Brain Body Centre’s website or conference website for up to one year, i.e. October 17, 2024, with no subsequent claims for copyright, financial or other compensations.
11. Test-run
The Energizer is required to go on online for preparation 30 minutes before his/her session.
He or she may also be asked to do online test-run in early October (for those who are not speakers at the conference).
