• ” Other Preferential Categories” are not applicable to the purchase of the conference journal.
• Speakers will receive a complimentary PDF version of the conference journal. Both Speakers and Energizer leaders may purchase paper versions of the conference journal at a special price of HKD220 on or before September 8, 2023. Postage will be paid by the recipient.

For participants requesting a refund for their own personal reasons:

1. A 90% of the conference fees will be refunded if application is made before the two-month early-bird discount deadline, i.e. on or before August 14, 2023.
2. A 70% of the conference fees will be refunded if application is made before the one-month early-bird discount deadline, i.e. between August 15 and September 14, 2023.
3. A 40% of the conference fees will be refunded if application is made between two weeks and one week before the start of the conference, i.e. September 29 – October 6, 2023.
4. No refund will be made one week before the conference starts or thereafter, i.e. October 7, 2023 or after. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another course or workshop.

Please Note:

• The balance of the refund cannot be transferred to another course or workshop.
• No refunds will be given for the purchase of paper copies of the conference journal.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather, accident or other force majeure, the conference sponsor will refund the fees in proportion to the cancelled part.
• Exchange rate deviations, bank or remittance agency administration fees etc. that may be involved in refunds will be paid by the participant and will be deducted from the fees to be refunded.
